How do I book?

Attendance Policy: When an appointment is scheduled with Attuned Counselling & Therapy, an agreement is made between yourself (the client) and myself, Brooke, (the therapist), that we will both make time for the scheduled appointment. Please understand that time is spent preparing for appointments, so frequent rescheduled or cancelled appointments can have a big impact. Please ensure when you book your appointment that you are able to attend, otherwise consider scheduling at an alternate time. I understand that sometimes life does get in the way of coming to therapy sessions making it difficult to attend your session in person. I am very happy to accommodate a telehealth video or telephone session in the event you are unable to attend in person. Clients are requested to provide 72 hours notice to cancel sessions in order to avoid payment for non-attendance.
